Job Summary
As a NIHL Claims Handler at Davies, you will handle casualty-claims end-to-end within a dedicated team, liaising with Disclosure teams for MOD services, investigating allocated claims, gathering all relevant evidence, determining actions to resolve cases, and preparing detailed reports on liability, quantum, and tactics. You will negotiate settlements within authorized limits, maintain proactive professional correspondence, and ensure adherence to procedures while regularly reviewing reserves. The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave claims management, understanding of Civil Procedure Rules and the Claims Portal, and delivering outstanding customer service. Required Qualifications
- Sole British National or dual national with one part British, with no restrictions on working in the UK
- British Citizenship (required for role)
- Proficiency in managing claims from cradle to grave
- Understanding of Civil Procedure Rules
- Knowledge of the Claims Portal
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
