NIHL Claims Handler

Davies is seeking a NIHL Claims Handler to join our Casualty team in Glasgow. You will liaise with Disclosure teams for MOD services, investigate and handle allocated NIHL/claims, gather all relevant evidence, determine and negotiate settlements within authority limits, and prepare detailed reports. You will maintain proactive professional correspondence, adhere to documented procedures, manage reserves, and participate in ongoing training and development. Desirable experience includes investigation of liability claims and familiarity with NIHL. The role emphasizes managing a personal caseload, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to a collaborative team in a hybrid-remote UK setting.
