Nighttime Team Member (Shifts after 4pm)

Nighttime Team Member responsible for closing the Potbelly shop and delivering fast, friendly service during evening/night shifts (starting after 4pm). Duties include working multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front), operating the cash register and POS, restocking, preparing quality finished products, and maintaining health and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen. Must be friendly, customer-service oriented, able to handle allergens, stand/walk for extended periods, and be at least 16 years old; Illinois workers must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment. Additional duties include handling customer issues, taking delivery/pickup orders, and contributing to a positive, energetic work environment.
