Job Summary
Prepare work areas to protect equipment and materials before cleaning egg processing machinery with water, tools, and specific solutions. Follow strict cleaning techniques to ensure sanitation and prevent damage, working with urgency to meet USDA pre-operational morning inspection deadlines. Maintain safety in wet, fast-paced environments while assisting the Sanitation Lead on other projects as needed. This physically demanding overnight shift (9pm–7am) requires attention to detail and availability seven days a week, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must demonstrate attention to details
- Must be able to work safely at a fast-pace in a wet environment
- Must be available to be scheduled for work 7 days a week including holidays
- Must be able to work overnight shift
- Must report to work on time and as scheduled
- Minimum of 1 year Sanitation experience
