Job Summary
Nighttime Kitchen Manager at Chick-fil-A overseeing BOH operations from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM in Billings, MT. Lead kitchen operations, uphold food safety and quality standards, manage inventory and food costs, and coach the BOH team to achieve operational excellence. Drive kitchen throughput and service excellence, collaborate with front-of-house leadership, monitor key metrics (speed, accuracy, quality), and maintain LEAN practices while scheduling and developing staff for a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and team management
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
