Job Summary
Assess client needs, screen for program entry, and maintain HMIS intake records while distributing essential supplies and coordinating food service. Monitor site premises for safety, oversee housekeeping activities, and address maintenance issues. Utilize conflict resolution techniques to manage clients, handle documentation including incident reports, and collaborate with service providers and emergency personnel. Perform client sign-in, data collection, and maintain program attendance records. Ensure proper sanitation practices during food distribution and maintain facility security.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of experience providing direct human or health services to economically disadvantaged, physically/mentally disabled, substance abuse/dual-diagnosed individuals, the elderly, or at-risk youth
- Relevant education and/or volunteer experience in a related field
- Valid California driver's license
- Current DMV driving record
- Proof of insurance
