Job Summary
Smile, create eye contact, and speak enthusiastically to guests while making emotional connections and honoring the restaurant's vision. Multitask quickly yet thoroughly, work on your feet for several hours, and complete all closing tasks as assigned. Communicate effectively with guests and team members while adhering to rules and dress code. Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Work a flexible schedule, including closed Sundays, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, bend over, and scale small ladders. You will be paired one-on-one with an experienced trainer for development.
