Job Summary
Cook in Zaxby’s restaurant responsible for creating a great guest experience by preparing, cooking and assembling orders, receiving and stockING inventory, keeping the kitchen clean, and maintaining food safety and quality according to standard operating procedures. Roles include working opening/daytime shifts and evening/night shifts; operates in a non-exempt capacity under supervision of Assistant and General Managers. The position supports guests and emphasizes guest focus, talent development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement; offers benefits including 401k, bonuses, PTO, meals, growth opportunities, and scholarship reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work 20 to 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work opening/daytime shifts
- Must be able to work evening/night shifts
