Job Summary
Nightshift Nurse (3rd Shift, 7 PM–7:30 AM) leads overnight caregiving with a team of med techs, ensuring resident safety and comfort. Responsibilities include leading caregivers, handling admissions and overnight calls, responding to changes in condition, and maintaining a calm, organized night environment while exercising clinical authority. Must hold an LPN or RN license. Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred. Requires clinical judgment, independence, and a team-oriented attitude conducive to night-shift leadership. Night shift perks include fewer days but multiple shifts per week and dedicated overnight leadership. Ready to own the night and support residents and staff through overnight challenges.
Required Qualifications
