Night Shift Caregiver responsible for assisting residents with evening and overnight care, bedtime routines, and responding to call lights in a 12-hour night shift setting. Provide a calming, compassionate presence, ensure safety after hours, and support early morning routines. Work as part of a close-knit team with emphasis on independence and attentive, one-on-one resident interactions in a healthcare facility. Ideal candidates bring caregiving experience or STNA background and demonstrate reliability, patience, and a calm demeanor during night duties.
