Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the aftersales department, including the Workshop, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team, ensuring maximum productivity and consistently high performance. Coach and motivate the team to achieve full potential while delivering exceptional customer service experiences and meeting budget and KPI targets. Monitor department performance against budget, identify shortfalls, and implement improvement plans. Analyse local market statistics to identify opportunities and organise clear, timely forecasts and reports. Provide guidance, training, and appraisals to Service team members to foster a forward-thinking attitude. Report directly to the General Manager and act as a role model for customer service excellence. Requires a full UK driving licence.
Required Qualifications

- proven track record in transactional aftersales
