Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot security alarm faults for external residential customers, using a broad range of monitoring and programming software while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll handle bespoke and high-security requirements with discretion, assist field engineers to ensure remote connectivity to alarm systems, and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Night shift pattern is 19:00–07:00 with a 4-on/4-off rotation and fully paid daytime training prior to starting the night shift rotation; the role offers comprehensive training, career development opportunities, and a range of company benefits.
