Job Summary
Ensure children's safety and security overnight across multiple homes in Burnley, Nelson, Padiham, Clitheroe, Accrington, and Haslingden. Respond immediately to children waking at night, manage behavior and emotional needs through one-to-one engagement, and coordinate with social workers, schools, police, and health professionals. Provide food, activities, and support to help children develop while staff rest. Requires access to a personal vehicle for travel between locations. Full-time or part-time positions available with enhanced night and weekend pay rates.
