Job Summary
Operate machinery in accordance with work instructions and safety standards to manufacture high-quality metal components while interpreting blueprints and job travelers. Maintain production pace to meet nightly output targets, minimize scrap, and keep the work environment clean and organized. Collaborate with the Night I production team to ensure workflow continuity during the 5 PM to 5 AM Sunday through Tuesday shift. This role supports the company's commitment to precision engineering and continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience operating manufacturing or fabrication equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality
- Commitment to safe manufacturing practices
- Must be available for night shift hours (5 PM to 5 AM Sunday through Tuesday evenings)
- Must be available for day shift hours (5 AM to 3 PM Monday through Thursday)
- Must be able to work 36 or more hours per week to qualify for shift differential pay
