Job Summary
Oversee driver-related operations including safety, compliance with FMCSA Hours of Service, payroll/documents, communication with load planners and customer service, and coordination with maintenance for vehicle upkeep. Provide HR support such as issuing disciplinary actions and maintaining employee relations, while administering reporting duties. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication to guide a team of drivers and interfaces with planning, maintenance, and payroll teams. Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with supervisory experience in trucking; familiarity with TMW or Qualcomm is beneficial. This role requires attention to safety, compliance, and timely execution of duties across a 6 pm–6 am shift on a 2-2-3 schedule with alternating 36/48 hour weeks, and participation in company benefits and bonus programs.
