As a Nights Customer Experience Representative, you will execute customer freight orders to meet volume goals and deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships to maximize freight potential, monitoring on-time delivery and accuracy, scheduling appointments, entering orders into the management system, and serving as a customer contact for load updates. The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in sales, and a commitment to maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with up to 1-2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience
