Nights & Closers Food Service / Cook / Kitchen Crew Member role focusing on guest engagement and kitchen duties. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining safe and clean dining and work areas, coordinating with delivery partners, stocking and restocking ingredients and supplies, operating ovens, fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment, and performing general cleaning tasks. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, be able to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule varies with some shifts starting as early as 4:00pm and closing as late as midnight or later; prior experience not required.
