Job Summary
Nights C3 Yard Management & System Controller at InPost in the UK hub (Lutterworth) overseeing inbound and outbound trailer flow, yard utilisation, and congestion prevention. You will operate the C3 yard management system, monitor MHE performance, produce hourly reports and management information, and provide timely insights to support decision-making. The role involves coordinating with Senior Management, Shift Managers, Class 1 drivers, engineers, and security, with training provided to achieve competency in WMS/C3 systems and yard operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of C3 Yard Management systems (WMS)
- Experience with yard management and data reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently within defined processes
- Flexibility to manage planned and unplanned operational requirements
- Right to work in the UK
