Job Summary
Nights and Weekend CEM at The Michaels Companies in Fort Worth, TX: Lead front-end store operations, manage omnichannel processes, and drive adherence to SOPs and policies. Coach and train the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier), participate in performance management and talent development, and act as Manager on Duty (MOD). Responsibilities include shrink and safety program management, cash reconciliation and bank deposits, inventory processes (RTV/ASN), onboarding of new team members, and cross-training in Custom Framing when applicable. Deliver friendly customer service, support store events, and contribute to meeting KPIs and store results. Evening and weekend schedule required; environment is a public retail store with climate-controlled public areas and occasional outdoor tasks.
