Job Summary
Nightlife Manager oversees the Guest Experience team at EAST Miami, managing guest registration, check-in/out, front office operations, and staff training; handles guest inquiries/complaints, ensures adherence to procedures, and coordinates with other departments to deliver excellent service. Requires minimum 2 years supervisor experience, strong communication skills, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a second language is advantageous. Emphasizes hospitality, guest experience, and proactive, dependable leadership in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisor experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in a second language would be a definite advantage
