Job Summary
Welcome travellers to CityHub and share insider tips about Copenhagen. Own common areas, set the mood, and keep them tidy while refilling supplies. Answer emails and maintain contact with guests via all channels. Handle late check-ins, manage the bar, and ensure no disturbances occur. Engage in spontaneous chats with guests and complete some administrative tasks. Work approximately 16-24 hours per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule that accommodates personal projects. Enjoy a fun environment with a small team, covered meals, and a discount for friends and family.
Required Qualifications
- Naturally sociable, extroverted and approachable
- Enthusiastic and you like meeting new people from around the world
- In love with Copenhagen
- You know the city like the back of your hand and you can't wait to share your favourite hotspots with travellers
- Fluent in English
- You don't shy off in front of a computer
- Confident, organised and independent
- A flexible team player
- University level thinking
- Available on both weekdays and weekends, about 16-24 hours/week
