Job Summary
Server Assistant supports the front-of-house team by delivering food and beverages, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for members and guests. This role helps with setting up, cleaning, restocking, greeting members, and collaborating with team members to ensure a welcoming, well-organized dining area. Responsibilities include assisting with service tasks, handling guest requests, escalating issues as needed, completing side work, and following safety and cleanliness guidelines. Requires prior food and beverage service experience, current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications, completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs. Positive, professional presence and adherence to club policies are essential. The position requires flexible attendance including weekends and holidays and is part-time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in Food and Beverage service
- Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations
- Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members
- Physical requirements to stand, walk, and lift up to 100 lbs
- Uniform and grooming standards per club policies
