Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $13.75 to $14.25 per hour.
