Job Summary
Plan, manage, and coordinate daily warehouse activities within shipping operations, effectively forecasting volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets. Walk the facility to maintain building conditions, identify safety hazards, and correct them as necessary. Supervise the warehouse team, develop productive associates through training and coaching, and maintain strong working relationships with supply chain partners. Implement process improvements and perform assigned special projects. Work Monday through Friday from 5:30pm to finish.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- A working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and engagement skills
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
