Job Summary
Night Warehouse Selector responsible for safely and accurately selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets to meet productivity standards, and operating equipment to move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software. The role involves performing pre-shift equipment checks, working in a multi-temperature environment (-5 to 100+ degrees), lifting 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively, and contributing to efficient dock delivery and pallet handling. Strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, teamwork, and following coaching and training to maintain high standards in a large food-distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings and participate in safety coaching
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday
- Experience in high-endurance or highly physical activity preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring, farming, construction)
- Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
