Job Summary
Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards, perform pre-shift equipment checks, and operate an electric pallet jack to move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software. Validate correct product and damage-free condition, deliver to the correct dock area, and shrink-wrap palletized orders. Team with others to clear aisles and return pallets/Jacks. Physical duties include lifting 20-80+ lbs and handling 1,000+ cases per shift; environment ranges from -5 to 100+ degrees. Night shifts Sundays through Thursdays with 50–60 hours per week and overtime as needed. Starting pay is $28.77 per hour with incentive pay and overtime; base rate for the role is between $28.77 and $34.85 per hour. Benefits and total rewards information described in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday
- Recent experience in high endurance or highly physical activity preferred
- Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred
