Job Summary
Clean and supply designated building areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom maintenance. Empty trash cans, replace liners, and perform routine inspections and maintenance activities while carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed. Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs and stock supply rooms. Use personal protective equipment correctly and adhere to company policies. This role requires weekend availability throughout the year, flexibility for additional hours including holidays, and the ability to work outdoors. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and requires a reliable vehicle to travel to the Brentwood office.
