Job Summary
Select customer orders safely and accurately, building and wrapping pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards. Operate electric pallet jacks to move products from racks to designated dock areas, ensuring items are damage-free and correctly shrink-wrapped. Perform pre-shift equipment checks, clear aisles of debris, and return pallet jacks to charging stations. Work 10+ hour night shifts, Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees. Lift and carry 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly, moving over 1,000 cases per shift. Read labels, communicate in English, and enter information on reports as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language
- Able to work 10+ hour night shifts
- At times weekends and holidays will be required
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively
- Moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift
Desired Qualifications
- Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role
- Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment
