Job Summary
Lead Warehouse Person – Night Shift oversees loading dock activities, manages conveyor and truck loading, ensures product accuracy and proper documentation, conducts safety and inventory audits, and trains/coaches associates on proper procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating receiving and shipping tasks, validating paperwork, applying oldest-product-first policy, operating warehouse equipment (including forklift/non-CDL truck), and supporting breaks in communication and team objectives. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse role
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team
- Ability to lift 45-65lbs regularly and up to 160 lbs occasionally
- Verbal/written communication skills with diplomacy and discretion
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment is preferred
