Job Summary
Operate an industrial forklift and high-lift to transport pallet loads from dock locations to storage slots and replenish pick slots from reserve storage during night and day shifts. Perform daily operational and safety inspections of equipment including batteries, brakes, and fire extinguishers, while recording product and warehouse damage accurately. Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris and follow all safety policies while working in multi-temperature environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F. This role requires OSHA-compliant forklift certification and involves a Sunday through Thursday schedule with an average of 45–50 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write legibly
- Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to understand and follow Voxware commands
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Selector experience
- Prior Forklift Operator experience
