Load, unload, and move materials within the plant, yard, or work site using forklifts, hand trucks, and electric pallet jacks. Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials to be moved, then load them into vehicles to prevent shifting or damage. Convey materials from storage sites to designated loading areas, count and record units handled, and attach identifying tags or labels to containers. Stack, assemble, and wrap bundles while performing housekeeping and grounds maintenance duties. Wear company-provided uniform and safety equipment.
