Job Summary
Receive and process warehouse stock, select and prepare customer orders, and check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy. Convey products from receiving areas to storage, place items on racks according to slot assignments, and rotate stock to ensure oldest inventory is most accessible. Read pick tickets, assemble orders from stock, load trailers for shipment, and record activities to track all tasks. Perform duties consistent with the zero errors policy while maintaining accurate documentation for inbound products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read pick tickets (or on-screen display, etc.)
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and ability to adjust focus
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
- Regularly reach with hands and arms
- Regularly stand
- Regularly walk
- Regularly stoop
- Regularly kneel
- Regularly crouch or crawl
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse and/or training is preferred
