Job Summary
Perform regular equipment maintenance, window washing, floor care including stripping and waxing, carpet cleaning, and operate pressure washing equipment. Respond to callouts for cleaning tasks, manage garbage and recycling disposal, and relocate furniture as needed. Maintain equipment inventory and report maintenance issues to the appropriate team. Work the 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM shift supporting cleanliness and safety at major retailers, healthcare, and commercial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Employees must be able to be on their feet most of the day
- Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required
- Background checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, floor care, and maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
