Job Summary
Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of public and operational spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust areas; empty trash receptacles and restock restroom supplies. Wipe down high-touch surfaces and respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests. Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, or supporting special events. Report maintenance or safety issues to management and ensure cleaning equipment remains in good condition. Follow all safety and cleaning protocols. Requires high school diploma, one year of porter experience, and physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, or kneel. Schedule runs 5:30pm-2:00am Sunday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.
