Job Summary
Maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of public and operational spaces, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed; empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Restock restroom supplies, wipe down high-touch surfaces, and respond promptly to spills, messes, and tenant requests. Assist with moving furniture, setting up meeting spaces, or supporting special events. Report maintenance or safety issues to management and ensure cleaning equipment and supplies remain in good condition. Follow all safety and cleaning protocols while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Porter.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required.
