Job Summary
Ensure supervision of international students aged 10 to 17 from 22:00 to 06:00, managing care during incidents and liaising with the Camp Manager on security concerns. Fill hourly logs and confirm readiness to enact Alpadia's Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and Anti-Bullying policies. Address all reasonable requests directed by the Camp Manager. Requires professional experience in vacation centers or hotels, strong English proficiency, and a first aid certificate. Salary is 14 EUR per hour. Applicants must provide their own accommodation in Berlin or Potsdam.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience with vacation centers, hotels or similar facilities
- Interest in the area of youth and group work
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent stress management
- Own accommodation in Berlin/Potsdam
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of other languages
- First aid certificate
- Other emergency management related training
