Job Summary
Night Time Supervisor on a fixed-term summer contract for London, UK. Requires overnight supervision, reliability, strong communication, conflict management, and safeguarding awareness; first aid and safeguarding trainings are desirable. Non-residential position with an international educational environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a supervisory, care, or educational role
- Ability to take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of students overnight
- Reliable, punctual, and able to remain alert during night shifts
- Strong communication skills to liaise with daytime staff and report incidents
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Mature, approachable, and trustworthy
- Awareness of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
