Job Summary
Monitor lifts and staff for compliance with safety protocols and procedures while overseeing lift manuals, logbooks, and documentation. Assist with lift operations, including chairlifts, tow ropes, and the tubing area, ensuring proper snow surfaces and maintaining safety signage. Train and support lift operators to ensure compliance with mountain safety practices, while also assisting with ticket-checking, operating lifts, and covering breaks as needed. This role requires excellent people and guest service skills, the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and a valid driver's license. Intermediate-level skiing or snowboarding is required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent people and guest service skills

- Must be self-motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or above
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
