Job Summary
Night Time Lead Power Wash Tech leads and supervises a power washing field crew, ensuring jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with cleaning procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, guiding project execution, adhering to checklists, and maintaining professional, efficient service. The role supports training and certification programs, offers opportunities for advancement, and may include optional weekend shifts. Requires leadership experience, physical ability to perform labor, ladder-roof work, and a valid driver’s license; passing a DOT medical exam is required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of proven leadership experience
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
- Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
- Valid Driver's License
