Job Summary
Conduct boot fitting, ski and snowboard setup, helmet and snowshoe rentals, and gear check operations for guests arriving after dark. Assist with preparing rental equipment for groups and online reservations, maintain an organized workspace, and support overall shop readiness. Ensure equipment is properly adjusted and ready for use while working closely with fellow technicians to keep evening operations running safely and efficiently. This part-time or full-time seasonal role requires commitment to working nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the winter season. Certified ski binding technician experience is mandatory, with Tech I certification required within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to commit to working nights throughout the winter season
- Must be certified or be able to be certified as a ski binding technician
- Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
- Must have completed or be able to complete Tech I within 30 days of hire
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear
