Night Team Leader overseeing a busy hotel, Pub and Grill and health club, responsible for leading and motivating the night team to consistently deliver service that meets brand standards across all departments. Work alongside the Night Manager to think on your feet, proactively solve problems, and ensure smooth, high-quality guest experience during overnight hours. Focus on developing staff capabilities, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding customer service excellence through the night shift.
