Job Summary
Lead and motivate restaurant team during shifts to deliver outstanding guest experiences, supervise daily operations to drive sales, address guest inquiries professionally, and ensure cash control, safety, and high food quality. Develop staff through training and positive engagement; manage inventory and forecasting while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must have a high school degree or equivalent, and at least three months of restaurant team experience; strong reading/writing/interpretation skills are required. Flexible with evenings and weekends; expected to promote guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced seafood dine-in setting at Long John Silver's.
