Job Summary
Operate a backpack blower to remove debris from sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas, assisting in cleaning corners and storefronts inaccessible to sweep trucks. Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment while working independently during nighttime hours in various weather conditions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and issues encountered. Maintain physical fitness for walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. This role is part of an overnight maintenance team servicing commercial and industrial properties across Austin, Waco, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio Texas.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate a backpack blower
- Physically fit and capable of walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Must be dependable
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or janitorial work
