Job Summary
Night Support Worker providing person-centred residential care to adults with varying needs. Responsibilities include supporting residents with household, personal, and group activities; reinforcing skills; becoming a Key worker for a resident; developing and updating care plans; liaising with professionals; administering/assisting with medications; attending interviews, meetings, and training; working flexibly as required by the Registered Manager; participating in supervision sessions; supporting residents' house meetings; adhering to home policies and philosophy; must have good communication skills and be enthusiastic about positive resident outcomes; NVQ2 or above preferred.
