Job Summary
Night Support Worker responsible for caring for children in our Homes during waking nights (4 on/4 off). Build trust with young people, support them through trauma-related moments, and help them on pathways toward a positive future. Duties include providing emotional support, supervising during the night, and, in quieter times, handling paperwork, cleaning, and laundry. The role involves engaging with young people with SEMH needs, celebrating small victories, and contributing to a 4-week Care Academy induction. The position emphasizes empathy, resilience, and a can-do team spirit, with opportunities for progression within a leading specialist education and care provider. The post requires a full UK driving licence and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including training, holidays, and a DBS check. Required Qualifications

- Full UK driving licence
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
