Job Summary
Night Supervisor leading cleaning teams across assigned accounts with hands-on involvement in training, quality inspections, and daily operations. Responsibilities include regular cleaning inspections, coordinating tasks, monitoring equipment and supplies, training new team members on cleaning methods and safety procedures, and ensuring adherence to health and safety policies. Strong communication with management, clients, and staff is essential. Proactive problem-solving, accountability, and the ability to lead by example on evening/night shifts are required. OSHA certifications or other cleaning certifications are beneficial. Background screening and drug testing are required prior to start date. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
