Job Summary
Display and stock products, ensuring shelves, cases, and displays are properly filled, rotated, and merchandised on the sales floor. Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room, while handling spoiled or damaged goods per established guidelines. Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments and notify the manager when products or supplies need ordering. Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines. Stand and walk for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. A high school diploma is preferred, along with retail experience and basic math skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- Retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The associate may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures)
- Employee is exposed to outside weather conditions
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
