Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while confidently handling guest concerns. Own the floor by cross-training in deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, keeping fresh food stocked and adhering to all food safety standards. Lead and support the team through training, delegation, and guidance to ensure shift objectives are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by monitoring equipment, enforcing loss prevention and cash handling policies, and managing exterior areas. Stay sharp and connected by attending meetings, staying current on policies, communicating proactively with leadership, and driving departmental sales and profitability goals. Work overnight shifts in a 24/7/365 environment with an additional .75¢ per hour differential.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a customer-focused environment
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability and accountability, with availability and comfort working overnight/3rd shift
- Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and align with company values
- Prior food service experience and/or shift leadership experience preferred
