Job Summary
Weld high quality parts utilizing the MIG wire feed process and read blueprints and production paperwork to ensure specifications are met. Operate lifting equipment, such as overhead cranes, and examine finished products to verify compliance. Practice safe operation of all equipment while producing components for agricultural, construction, and transportation industries. Night shift runs from 5:30pm-6:00am Monday-Thursday with a $3.50 differential; additional overtime may be required based on demand. Weisgram Metal Fab (WMF), a family-owned business founded in 1982, utilizes cutting-edge technology for laser cutting, CNC machining, and powder coat painting.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related MIG welding experience
- Experience reading blueprints
Desired Qualifications
- Weld training from technical and/or weld school preferred
- Pulse welding experience is a plus
