Job Summary
Oversee night shift manufacturing operations for a global confectionery brand, managing team performance, plant, product, and process delivery. Direct, motivate, and coach team members while ensuring production meets plan targets and optimizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Monitor critical metrics including accuracy, waste, downtime, and packet weights, utilizing systems like SAP and Autostore to produce management information. Maintain hygiene audit standards, resolve production and equipment problems, and ensure effective communication across operations, management, and engineering teams. Lead by example to drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction during the 5-night shift rotation from 10pm to 6am.
